As midnight approached and the new year loomed ahead, the party was going in full swing at the town square. The drink was flowing, the people were singing and the band was playing. She stood up on the stone pillar in the center of the town square, a vision in her black firework party dress with the sparkly blue and purple lace trim and danced.
As the time approached she led the chorus as they counted down from ten to one. She did a little curtsey on her platform and the crowd cheered as the fireworks lit up the sky behind her.
